Technical Specifications :


  • Input Supply : 110 V, 230 V, 440 V A.C, 24 V D.C.
  • Sensor Input : Reference, Low & High Inputs are provided to Sense Lower & Higher Level of Water in the Tank. These Inputs are having very High Input Impedance protecting from De-ionizing, which happens in most of Other Makes of LLC. We have Designed LLC system in such way, Reference can be mounted on the Vessel Body. It has been observed that if More than one LLC is used in the same Vessel there is always some malfunction. We at SILITRONIX have designed Our LLC in a novel way that it is possible to use number of LLC and connecting reference of all LLC with the same Vessels Body. Even if negative of Input 24 V D.C. Supply accidentally gets connected to your Vessel's Body, Performance of our LLC will not be affected.
  • Controls : Two Sets of Potential Free Control Contacts available with 2 Amp. Capacity.
  • Indications : Two LED are Provided On label:
    M: RED LED for Mains ON - Input Supply O.K.
    C: Green LED for Control ON Pump / Motor Should ON.

Different Models are Available in Liquid Level / Water Level Controller :

  • LLC / 100, LLC / 305 – for Low Conductivity of Water.
  • WLC/ 400, WLC/401/, WLC/403 – For Normal water.

Utility / Selection OF Different Models :

LLC / 100 : It is useful for a Single Tank with a water, Conductivity ranges from 1.0 to 5.0 Micro Semen -- Three sensors to be used.
LLC / 305 : It is useful for a Single Tank with a water, Conductivity ranges from 0.0 to 1.0 Micro Semen. (Less than 1.0 Micro Semen) –
                     Three sensors to be used.
WLC /400 : It is useful for a Single Tank with Raw Water - Three sensors are to be used.
WLC /401 : It is useful for a Underground & Over head Tank with Raw Water - Six sensors are to be used.
WLC /403 : It is useful for a Single Tank with Raw Water with Each sensor Lo, Mid, Hi - Individual control relay contact available.-
                     Four sensors are to be used.

Model Functional Descriptions
LLC / 100 To be Used For Single Tank with a Water of 1 To 5 Micron Conductivity
Relay OFF in case of Low & HI Level sensors are open.
Relay ON as Soon as water touch to HI Level sensor.( Tank Full )
LLC / 305 To be Used For Single Tank with a water of Lower Conductivity Less than 1.0 Micron.
Relay ON in case of Low & HI Level Sensors are open.
Relay OFF as Soon as water touch to HI level sensor. ( Tank Full )
WLC / 400 To be Used For Single Tank with Normal Water.
Relay ON in case of Low & HI Level Sensors are open.
Relay OFF as Soon as water touch to HI Level Sensor.( Tank Full )
WLC / 401 To be Used For Underground & Over head Tank with Raw Water.
Relay ON in case of Low & HI Level sensors are open.
(Till Under Ground Tank Lo Level sensor deep in the water)

WLC /403 It is useful for a Single Tank with Raw Water with Each sensor Lo, Mid, Hi. Individual Control relay contact available
Each Relay on when its sensor Touch with Water.
Each Relay OFF which sensor is Open.
Enclosure : All LLC Models are available in ABS Plastic Din Rail Mounted type Cabinets with Top side 12 Way Collate Type Screw Terminals with inbuilt washer facility.
